Refund Policy

Refundable goods and services' terms and conditions

You understand and agree that in cases where refunds are issued to your Payment Method, the issuance of a refund receipt merely serves as proof that Autofilling has transferred your refund to the Payment Method that was used to make the purchase. Other than that, there is no other way to apply refunds to the balance remaining on your available Payment Method. You further recognize that time constraints for posting your refund are established by the payment provider issuing bank linked with your payment method and may range from a few working days to a complete billing cycle or more. If the bank account you used to pay for us is not available, you must give a different bank account whose owner is the same as the person who paid us in order to proceed with the refund. We will repay you using the same Payment Method to the bank account you used to pay for us.

Service for Opening a bank account or for incorporations.
  • 1.1. If the following three requirements are completed by the client by us, the customer will get a full refund of the setup price less the payment gateway from the first charge:
  • a. Unable to incorporate the Company on behalf of the Client.
  • b. Not receiving all of the client's completed paperwork, such as a valid photo ID or instructions about the exercise of due diligence, etc.
  • c. The Client's request for a refund following the payment of the incorporation cost.
  • 1.2. If the following two requirements are satisfied, the Client will get a complete refund of the setup price, less the payment gateway from the initial charge, which includes consulting fees and processed portions of services:
  • The customer requests
  • a. The Client makes an independent refund request.
  • b. The relevant parties do not claim the order or rescind it without incurring any fees.
Other Services (Virtual office, Telephone/Fax service, etc) incorporations.
  • 1.1. If the following three requirements are completed by the client by us, the customer will get a full refund of the setup price less the payment gateway from the first charge:
  • a. Unable to incorporate the Company on behalf of the Client.
  • b. Not receiving all of the client's completed paperwork, such as a valid photo ID or instructions about the exercise of due diligence, etc.
  • c. The Client's request for a refund following the payment of the incorporation cost.
